Shipping
US orders are shipped via GUATEX. You should receive your package within 2-4 business days. We aim to ship all orders within 1-3 business days. Delivered packages that are reported as lost or stolen are not our responsibility. Packages that have been lost by GUATEX will be replaced after 3 weeks. Refunds are not issued on lost packages. International orders are shipped via FEDEX. You should receive your package within 5-10 business days for standard shipping and 2-3 business days for priority shipping. We aim to ship all orders within 1-3 business days. Delivered packages that are reported as lost or stolen are not our responsibility. Packages that have been lost by FEDEX will be replaced after 4 weeks. Refunds are not issued on lost packages. Duties

Tracking
Priority and Express options offer full tracking. Please, look for the tracking link in your confirmation e-mail to track your package. Standard shipping offers delivery confirmation at final destination.
