Policies

Runar Group is happy to exchange or refund unworn items in its original packaging within 14 days of purchase. RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED ON SALE OR DISCOUNTED ITEMS. Customer is responsible for al shipping cost associated with the return. To schedule a refund or an exchange, please email us at info@runargroup.com and we will be happy to assist you. 

Shipping Damaged or Defective product

In the event that you receive a damaged or defective product we will offer either a FULL refund, store credit or exchange. You MUST contact us within 10 days of receipt at info@runargroup.com to open a claim. Runar Group will be responsible for return shipping costs.
